If a customer receives a damaged or bad-quality product and it is brought to the notice of Harrisons Malayalam Limited by mail or phone call within 48 hours of delivery, we shall replace the damaged product with a new one or refund the amount to the customer. The refunded amount will be credited within 10–15 days.

When returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods. In case of returning of goods, Please keep all the delivered items and also with freebees. We do not refund users for postage expense of the returning the goods If the reason is not valid.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. The product will be replaced and delivered within 10-15 days. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same within 5–7 business days.
